Hello Praveen,
The UGC NET Exam is conducted for the determination of the candidates for assistant professor posts in university and for junior research fellowship award in research. It is a national level exam for which you must have the deep knowledge of the subject. You can find the previous year papers at the official website of NTA. This year NTA is going to conduct the NET exam from 9 to 23 December 2018. There are various websites which provide the sample question papers and mock tests. I have found a blog with complete information about the NET Exam along with sample papers here:

Yes, you can teach in schools by giving CTET entrance exam, provided that you have some degree or Diploma in education field. Then only you can apply. If you don't have B.Ed degree or any Diploma in education then do it in order to teach in a good government school with a good salary.

Dear Kavita,
The basic eligibility for UGC NET is just having a Master's degree. Doesn't matter, either it is from IGNOU or any other college. So, answer for your query is "Yes, you can". Go ahead, and best of luck for your endeavors.

As per my knowledge and my opinion, to become a professor in Government University, you can go in any of the two options, you have mentioned, as if you go for B.Tech M.Tech and then Ph.D. You are eligible for professor in University of Technology, and if you go for B.Sc M.Sc and Ph.D, then you are eligible as the subject teacher of the respective subject in which you have completed the graduation post-graduation and Ph.D.

As per my opinion and my knowledge for applying for the post professor lecturer without completing Ph.D after qualifying UGC NET, you are not eligible as their rules have been changed after 2016, as you must have a Ph.D degree 4 and lecturer, but yes you can apply for assistant professor, if you enroll yourself for Ph.D. and have qualified your UGC NET.

Hi,
You can select commerce, as you have done B.Com and MBA in finance. Commerce seems to be your expertise so I would recommend you to go for commerce subject in APSET exam. You can refer to this link to find more details about the examhttps://www.shiksha.com/teaching-education/exams/apset.
