For selection as teachers in government run schools Applicants must pass the CTET. The National Council for Teacher Education frames regulations and takes final decisions. Hello Dharti,
No, it is not possible to apply for NET JRF exam just after qualify 12th exam. The basic requirement of UGC NET is that candidates must have Master's degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks. So, you have to complete your post-graduation firstly, then you can appear for JRF exam. And as you say you want to apply for JRF exam so before applying, make sure that your age must not exceed 30 years.
