Fees of B.Ed varies university to university and college to college. You have to mention college and university. On the basis of your graduation percentage, you are eligible.

Hi Deepti,
B.Ed eligibility criteria:
You have to pass a Bachelor degree in any discipline like B.Com / B.A. / B.Sc. / B.A. / from a well-recognized university. You must obtained a minimum 55% percentage of marks in graduation for General category students and 50% percentage of marks for SC/ST candidates. For admission you have to pass an entrance examination organized by college.
So my suggestion to you is that yo should opt some other options available for you is the market.
You can go for the job in many companies like NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, SAIL on the basis of your current qualification.

I must share the concern that the MCA marks won't matter for B.ED Admission. The 39 percent marks of Graduation shall make it tough for you to get admission on the basis of marks.
But, there are entrance tests conducted by universities these days.
You still need to check out what is the Minimum Marks criteria to Apply for B.Ed.
