Hi Vivek Thakur,
Yes, you can fill the CTET application form, but it won't be deemed valid, it will be considered valid if you fill the CTET form next year.

The teaching of psychology isn't present at the school level in India. You can be a School Counsellor in case you are willing to pursue that career.

Yes, for Ph.D, you need to qualify the entrance test of the university you aim for. Ph.D admission is easy as you might get preference and shall also be exempted from. The entrance test is a bit competitive.

One has to find a vacancy and apply. Then go through all the set tests or interviews. Remember that UGC NET is the first and basic requirement to become an assistant professor. Qualifying the UGC NET is never a guarantee to become an assistant professor. One has to find, apply and win the job.

In India, one needs to pass or qualify the UGC NET in the said subject to become an assistant professor. However, there has also been a rule that a first division post graduate can also be made the faculty of engineering. UGC NET is, of course, the all accepted eligibility criteria for assistant professor selection.

As you are asking about applying for a teaching Job based on your JRF or NET.
1. If you qualify JRF, you are eligible for an assistant professor job whenever you apply.
2. If the criteria is 60 for JRF then of course less than that calls in for NET.
