Yes you can appear in UGC NET (computer science) after M.Tech WILP from BITS as it is recognised by UGC.

1. If you qualify JRF, you are eligible for an assistant professor job whenever you apply.
2. If the criteria is 60 for JRF then of course less than that calls in for NET.

Please note that you need to have a PG degree. The specialisation is not a factor in the UGC NET exam. Your knowledge can help you in the exam.

No, to become a lecturer or professor you should have completeted PhD. However, after completing MA you can become an Associate Professor in colleges and universities.
