As per the official notifications, the candidates are allowed to apply in their post-graduation subject or in the related subject of their post-graduation in case if there is your post-graduation subject is not available.

If you have done your Diploma from the medical line meaning pharmacy or nursing, then you are not eligible to be a technical teacher. Even a Diploma holder can't be a teacher for teaching. The candidates should have at least Masters in Technology.

Nowadays, CTET is considered mandatory in aided and private schools for the recruitment of PRT & TRT Teachers. No, it is not mandatory to do B.Ed if u have done MCA. In that case, choose any subject from PCM or engineering or Hindi and do B.Sc Hons from DU, if possible. And, then you can become a teacher.

You can do D.El.Ed, not B.El.Ed. For B.El.Ed the eligibility criteria is graduation but for D.El.Ed in education the eligibility criteria is 12th.
