Hi Ashvini,
The minimum eligibility for the UGC NET exam is post-graduation degree from the recognised university with more than 55% marks. However the final year in post graduation candidates are also eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam. The final-year candidates if qualifies the exam, they will be eligible to get the NET Certificate after the successful completion of the exam. Hello Sir, Yes, you can get admission in Hindu college as your marks are very good and you are eligible for this college. First decide on the college in which you wish to apply. Check with the college/ university if you are be eligible to apply with a backlog. Some institutes may accept your application but would ask you to have clear result at the time of admission.

The minimum eligibility for appearing for TGT exam is either you should have a 4 years integrated degree course from NCERT with minimum 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as in the aggregate or a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognised university with minimum 50%.
