but M.A Education is equivalent to M.Ed. M.A education is a Two Year Degree and can be done after B.A.

Hi,
You have to give GGSIPU B.Ed entrance exam. You must have 50% marks in the bachelor level of degree. Yes the entrance exam for both is same but for B.Ed special education, the University shall follow RCI guidelines for the B.Ed. Spl. Education programmes for admissions and implementation.

Why do you want to lessen your prospects by going for B.Ed?
I feel you should instead go for M.Tech as you will get better career opportunities. You can appear for GATE for admission to M.Tech in IITs, NITs, etc. Otherwise, you can try for admission in private universities like LPU, SRM, Manipal, etc. where you will be able to get admission on basis of GATE, their own test or even on basis of your B.Tech marks. Some of them even offer scholarships on the basis of above criteria.
All these universities offer world class learning atmosphere to students along with good placements.

To apply for UGC NET exam candidates will have to score at least 55% from a recognised university/college in their Master's degree exams (in departments such as Social Science, Humanities, Education, Computer Science, Electronic Science, etc.). It must be noted that candidates belonging to categories ST/SC/PwD/OBC will require a minimum 50% to apply for UGC NET exam.
