In order to prepare for B.Ed exam, you can refer to basic English books. Read newspapers daily; it will help you to get aware of the latest happening in the world and you can also learn new words. You should also be aware of the topics like history, culture, geography, economics and general policies

First thing is why do you need to do these two degrees together thing? You may pursue B.Ed. Regular and do Post Graduation from IGNOU. Please confirm from your B.Ed. University if you can do another course as well.

PGT Is Post Graduate Teacher designation and requires a Post Graduation plus Eligibility Test Qualified. CTET shall be needed to be a PGT and B.Ed shall also be a need.
