Hi Aqsa,
The final year candidates are allowed to appear in UGC NET examination. However, they need to have their final year mark sheet at the time of getting the NET Certificate. The minimum eligibility for UGC NET Exam is post graduation degree and the candidates can apply in their post-graduation subject or its related subject.

Yes, it is a Distance/Correspondence course. You can apply directly to the college. Once you register, you will be given the complete schedule related to exam.

Yes, you can appear for CTET. The eligibility criteria for Paper I for class I to V, you must be passed senior secondary with 50% marks and done Diploma in elementary education. For Paper II, a candidate must have done Bachelor's degree with 50% mark and Bachelor of Education passed or appearing.
