M.Ed. is the degree which can be done after B.Ed. only.
but M.A Education is equivalent to M.Ed. M.A education is a Two Year Degree and can be done after B.A.

UGC NET is conducted by CBSE now and they have provided the question papers online.

Which entrance can I give for B.Ed special education? Is the same entrance for B.Ed and B.Ed special education?

Hi,
You have to give GGSIPU B.Ed entrance exam. You must have 50% marks in the bachelor level of degree. Yes the entrance exam for both is same but for B.Ed special education, the University shall follow RCI guidelines for the B.Ed. Spl. Education programmes for admissions and implementation.

I had 54% in graduation but 58% in post graduation. can I fill the form of UGC NET?

Yes, you can fill UGC NET examination as the minimum qualification is post graduation with 55% marks from a recognised university. For UGC NET JRF, your age must be below 30 years while there's no age limit for lectureship.

You have to go for the spot round counselling to get admission. According to your rank, you will get the college.

Why do you want to lessen your prospects by going for B.Ed?
I feel you should instead go for M.Tech as you will get better career opportunities. You can appear for GATE for admission to M.Tech in IITs, NITs, etc. Otherwise, you can try for admission in private universities like LPU, SR
