Hi, UGC does not permit Universities to allow students to pursue dual degree or Masters at the same time. Even if you do by registering one degree in IGNOU and one in another distant or regular university, it won't be valid as UGC does not endorse that. So you can't do B.Ed along with M.Com from IGN
