Revise some maths concepts of 6th to 8th standard, there are pretty easy questions but sometimes common sense plays a big role so brush up those rather simple concepts. Do look at the current years CTET question paper.

Yes, you can.
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
Students need to appear in the entrance test conducted by the various states and Independent educational bodies and universities for admission in various teaching institutions attached with it according to the rank of the candidate in the entrance exam.
These exams are generally held in the month of June-July and consist of Objective type questions about English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Basic Arithmetic Teaching Pot

The accent is not a criterion for teaching in an IB school, all that matters is your education, skills and knowledge/experience of IB curriculum and their teaching methodology., so focus on that.
However, if you have regional accent and facing problems due to that, with hard work and practice, you can learn how to change the way you say words. Changing your accent is also known as accent modification.
You can also take help from a speech-language pathologist or SLP for the same.
