Hi there,
You could mention both the degrees in order to pursue a 3 year LL.B. From DU as the eligibility requires a graduate degree in any field thus it does not really matter provided other criteria are fulfilled.

No, you are not eligible for APSET 2018, because there is a Gap of 4 years. But, confirm it from any university, whether there is any chance to sit for exams.
