JBT is a full-time course. I can't suggest you any parallel course. Rather I'd say, you must focus on JBT for brighter future.
Once you've completed your JBT, you'd most likely go for following career choices:
1. B.Ed: By pursuing this course, you can upgrade your skills as a teacher.
2. Appear in CTET exam, as D.Ed and JBT candidates are eligible for it.
3. You can pursue other graduate-level courses too.
But once you've entered the path of becoming a noble teacher, you must keep your reins in the vicinity of teaching aura only.
It is not important how you complete too many courses parallelly and grab a career. More important is to complete

The eligibility for Paper 1 is as follows:-
1. You have passed or currently in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education with 50% marks in the Senior Secondary.
2. Under NCTE norms, the candidate who passed or currently in the 2nd year of Diploma in Elementary Education with 45% marks in Senior Secondary.
3. Applicants who have passed Senior Secondary Education or pursuing final year with 50% marks in Bachelor of Elementary Education.

Sorry in Annamalai University, they will not grant you admission if you have not completed 10+2.
As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.

Yes, you can pursue D.El.Ed wherein your 10+2 marks will be considered and some institutes may take into consideration your UG marks which should be from a recognised university.

For becoming the principal of a senior school, one needs to be postgraduate, Masters or Ph.D. Along with this, one needs to have experience of running a middle and seniors school. One should have been able to manage the school discipline, building a good team by showing good leadership qualities in growing the organization.
