APSET exam isSstate Eligibility Test in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana for recruiting teachers. After bifurcation of the state, the government handed over the conduct of the exam to Andhra university for 3 years. For MBA aspirants, they can appear in the exam with management related subject. The subjects are mentioned on the official website:https://apset.net.in/subjects.aspx
For MBA freshers, I'd suggest that you try your fate in other management related jobs too. If you are willing to pursue career in teaching/ lectureship only then you can opt for these subjects:

To start up a play school you need to have a proper degree and understanding on how to manage different things on daily basis.
You need to pay extra attention in case of playschool about the academics and syllabus as that is the first phase of kids life where is they are introduced to different learning methods. You can have a tie-up with some school or can start your own and get proper affiliation. You can also go for a franchise of a renowned play school.

MBA is Masters course which you can do only once you have a Bachelor's degree. B.Ed is a Bachelors course.

For D.Pharm Course It is the diploma in pharmacy. The minimum qualification of 10+2 is required. It must be passed with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology subjects. For admission to this course, candidates must have completed 17 years of the year of admission.
For B.Pharm Course It is the Bachelors degree in pharmacy that can be taken after passing 12th/intermediate examination.
