I would suggest you go for the subjects which interest you. E.g. if you have completed B.Ed in English and social then you can opt for the same subject in your PG.

No there are no such placements for bachelors in physical education. But yes, they do conduct various sports meets which helps you in getting an opportunity.

That is totally at the discretion of the college authorities. Most colleges do conduct an interview to have a better understanding of your area of interest, knowledge about the subject, etc.

In order to become a lecturer, you need to have a post-graduate degree along with MBBS.

You need to have minimum 50% or above in graduation to get admission in B.Ed colleges in Chennai for B.Ed are Alwin College of Education, Balaji College of Education Chennai and Vinayaga College of Education.

Yes, you can take admission in B.Ed if you have not started off with your M.Com. However, the final call is taken by the university. So before applying get in touch with the respective institute.
