If you want to become a teacher at a college then definitely you must continue your study up to Ph.D level. But if you want to become a teacher at the lower level that means below college level then you have to complete B.Ed and M.Ed. For higher secondary level, MA and B.Ed are required. For Secondary level, BA and B.Ed, for elementary level 10+2 or BA and D.El.Ed is required. If you want to become a principal or vice principal of a school then MA with M.Ed is required.

At a time you cannot pursue two courses under same or different universities, according to the rules of UGC. So you have to wait for completion of your B.Ed.

Why not? IGNOU offers distance education in different courses. It has many branches all over the country. So must take admission in IGNOU to pursue B.Ed. The minimum required percentage is 50 in graduation.
