What I know, is all over in India minmum percentage is for general category is 50% and 45% for other category is necessary for B.Ed. But, many college of Andhra Pradesh offer the same course for students who scored below 45%. But, it is valid for students in Andhra Pradesh only. So, look for the same college through Google.
