First, pursue B.Tech from a good college like IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, LPU, Thapar, VIT or SRM and get placed in a good company with good package. As you have mentioned that you are studying in an average college, but you have opted for a g9ood branch. With 2-3 years of work experience, you can surely get a good salary package.

Aap kaunse state se hai, yeh aapne bataya nahi. Teacher banane ke liye aapko BEd karna padega. Iss liye pehele graduation karana padega. Possible ho to PG karo.

There is huge difference between both. In BA. Programme, you will get 4 arts subject like Hindi, English, Economic etc. in each semester. But, in political science (Hons.), you will get all subjects related to politics. These subjects can be Indian politics, foreign politics etc.
