Any kind of central university is good for this course. State boards are also quite fine. But as per my choice, English and Foreign Language University, Hyderabad is a good one.

Don't lose hope. Yes, you can take admission in other universities but in this regard, state board and central board have two different kind of rules. In state board, they will deduct 5% of your HS marks. For central board, there is no deduction of marks but you have to qualify their minimum eligibi

I think you should go for physical education honours course in BA/UG level. Thereafter, you can go for MA.

No you can not as you are in 1st year now. If you have completed your graduation, you can pursue both. One in regular mode and another one in distance mode is welcome but not two different courses are valid if done at the same time.
