The minimum eligibility criterion for admission in the B.Ed is that the student must be a graduate in any discipline. The candidate must either have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from any of the recognised university with at least 50% marks in graduation.

Hello,
Thanks for asking.
If you have completed B.Sc. & want to get into Teaching field in Schools then you should pursue B.Ed.
But if you are dreaming of Lectureship in Indian Colleges & Universities then you have to qualify the net exam.
CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the science candidates who are willing to pursue Research Fellowship or Lectureship.
After qualifying the net exam, you will be eligible to directly apply for Lectureship / Professorship.
there are also too many other advantages of qualifying the net exam, like work in csir labs, pursue PhD, get a job in PSUs etc.
Check the details of csir net books & preparation https://scoop

Hi,
You are not eligible to seek job as TGT maths in government schools as the eligibility is graduation degree in maths or statistics. If you had maths as a subject in all years of your graduation degree then you are eligible for TGT but I do not think any engineering college teaches maths in 3rd and 4th year of engineering.
