Hi,
In Mumbai, lot of colleges offer Masters in counselling or psychology. Mumbai university and SNDT university have a lot of courses related to psychology and counselling - both full time and part time.
If you are interested in distance courses, I would suggest IGNOU as it offers a lot of degrees, diplomas and certificate courses in various areas of counselling.

B.Sc degree is only a Graduation degree. In order to become a Professor, you are advised to plan education up to PhD.

Teachers can never run out of employment. There is no dearth of Schools and each needs a Teacher, whether permanent, temporary, full-time or part-time. One can also go for related jobs if one is limited by his abilities to become a Teacher.

After B.Sc in chemistry either you can search for a job in various industries like chemical industry, pharmaceutical companies, petroleum companies etc. You can also join government jobs in the research field through CSIR NET or UGC NET exam. If you pursue M.Sc then you will have more options as mostly M.Sc chemistry students are being preferred in these industries.

Many candidates in the teaching field are confused with B.Ed, TGT and PGT qualifications. Such is the case with you as well. Therefore, here I clarify each of them:
B.Ed (Bachelor of education) - This course is done by students who are a graduate, and would like to take up teaching in schools/colleges. The minimum duration of the course is 2-years.
TGT & PGT are titles and not courses. There are courses that are called TGT courses like B.Ed is a TGT course.
