What is your JEE Main score?

After cracking NET with good grades, you will become eligible to apply for teaching positions.

Since you have a commerce background, you might need a BEd with a NET or equivalent State Eligibility Test Score to become a high school/Higher secondary teacher. For teaching positions at college or university level, you will need MPhil/PhD.

You have to pursue B. Ed to be eligible to teach in schools. It is a 2 year course aimed to train you as a teacher and it is minimum qualification to start your career in teaching. For banking preparation, there are lot of self preparation books, additionally, you can enrol in any coaching

Go to IGNOU to pursue your B.Ed along with your job. It is good for you and will save money, time, energy & pressure of being fresher. It is high on quality and fully valid.

The standard acceptance is a regular 2-years B.Ed. I doubt that there are any good institutions other than IGNOU. However, there is a practice is of non-attending B.Ed as well.
