I think if you have a graduation degree and you are in the last year of B.Ed then you can go for TGT.
PGT eligibility criteria is PG in the related subject. B.Ed is not mandatory for PGT.

To pursue for lectureship you have to give UGC NET exam for lectureship and then you can join as an lecturer after completion of training. If you clear the exam then they will consider you for training and then you will reputed in govt universities as an assistant lecturer. You can also try in private colleges as they can consider your profile for lecturer in basis of M.Sc.

To improve your spoken English, you should read newspaper, collect the vocabulary, find the meaning, learn it and even use it. You should also do loud reading. This way, you will be able to get the fluency. If possible, join a spoken English class.

I am assuming you complete your B.Ed or BA as seen from your previous query. So, you can look for PG Diploma or Graduate certificate programs in Educational Leadership, Educational Counseling, Adult and Post-Secondary Education, Community Services and Early Childhood, Educational Contexts, Higher Education Leadership etc. Popular universities include University of Alberta, University of Calgary, University of Manitoba, George Brown College etc.
