B.Sc degree is only a Graduation degree. In order to become a Professor, you are advised to plan education up to PhD.

Teachers can never run out of employment. There is no dearth of Schools and each needs a Teacher, whether permanent, temporary, full-time or part-time. One can also go for related jobs if one is limited by his abilities to become a Teacher.

After B.Sc in chemistry either you can search for a job in various industries like chemical industry, pharmaceutical companies, petroleum companies etc. You can also join government jobs in the research field through CSIR NET or UGC NET exam.
