You should complete your graduation, and then you can go for Master’s degree. You can also complete your post-graduation from any stream and clear NET/ SET to become a lecturer.

After completing B.Com, you have to try some courses in education like B.Ed or Diploma in education I.e. D.Ed. However several states take an entrance test for the post of assistant teachers where minimum qualification is 10+2 and like TET in Bihar.

You would need to pursue B.Ed as that is the basic requirement for a teaching job. You can also prepare for CTET exam.
