2. Solve previous year question papers as many as you can.
3. Stay updated with all the latest news, changes in the pattern and syllabus.
4. Give at least 6 - 8 hours to studies.

NET: National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC twice every year. One in June and another in December every year for the selection of lectureship and award to JRF (Junior Research Fellowship).
The eligible candidate must be an Indian National and have scored 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) in any stream from a recognized university. There is no upper age limit for those applying for lectureship, but those applying for JRF should be within the age of 28 years.
