Definitely M.Sc. has better prospects as it is an advancement of your knowledge in particular field. Later if you have any plans to do M.Phil. or Ph.D. it is going to help you for sure.

You can complete you graduation from Delhi University or many other colleges which provide graduation in commerce. You can also complete your graduation from correspondence as well. If you are financially instable then you should Consider joining the military. The brunt of the obstacle when it comes to becoming a pilot is money and having to learn how to fly. A surefire way to solve that problem is to join the military. Not only is it financially easier, but major airlines definitely hold military pilots in high regard. If this is something you can see yourself doing, it's a good idea.

Well yes you can go ahead and pursue LL.M. abroad, if your degree is recognised by Bar Council of India then all foreign unviersities will accept your application.
The cost may vary deoendign on the country e.g. In US the tuition fee will be approx 20 Lacs a year wheras in UK it may come around 15-20 a year.
