Government scholarship is not enough.and i think for thwe courses u are talking about is not only has to do in foreign countries because in fact the thing u can also get in India with all the countries have the getting term of doing the same in international scenario and the main thing is all about what u will get after the degree.trust me u will get as same as the thing which u will get in India as same as u will get in foreign and in India many universityites are here offering the same as concerning the degree with scholarship and with 35+ international ties ups like lovely professional university is doing in Punjab having 35+ international ties ups and also scholarship avaling for students upto 1 lacs.so all the best :)

You can get admission in UG course. There are many UG courses in which maths is not required to take admission like B.A.LLB, B.Com LLB, BBA LLB, BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA (fine arts), BA (performing arts), B.Sc Design (Interior and furniture / Animation/ Fashion) etc. Some of the renowned institutes which are offering these UG courses are Lovely Professional University, VIT university etc. You can check the details from the website of respective institute.
You also have the other option if you want to go for engineering. You can take admission in any Diploma course and when you will clear your maths, then you can transfer your course from diploma to B.Tech. My friend told me about this that LPU is providing this facility.
