If a PG course is what one wants to do, then PG in Digital Electronics (In possibly all digital related fields), Wireless communication (According to me, very secured future-at least 2 to 3 decades, in case one lands in a meaningful job), VLSI & Embedded systems (Fair one, all leading smartphone companies, electronic hardware companies need them), Power Electronics (To cease opportunities in emerging renewable energy production market), and further inter-disciplinary ones like Mechatronics (considering future is of robots and artificial intelligence, this also should be very reliable), etc.

If you are interested in engineering, then go and start your career in your interested branch.
If you are interested in teaching and research program, then go for B. Sc with any principle subject.
