With general rank of 1 lakh in JEE you won't get any college through JOSSA. With 5000 in MMM your chances are slim though you can get some decent private colleges with 15k rank in UPSEE. I would suggest you to explore the best colleges for you and enroll in any of them.

M.Sc in Fashion Designing: Admission/Selection Process:
Applicants should apply for an entrance examination conducted by the university/Institute, comprising of:
General Aptitude Test
Creative Ability Test
Comprehension of English
Eligibility for M.Sc. In Fashion Designing:
B.A or any other equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks. Some of the very reputed universities and institutes conduct entrance examination to get admission to the degree course.

Both Food processing and industrial design are different. So it solely depend on you that if you are interested to know the techniques behind food processing as well as gain knowledge for it then just move on for food processing engineering in NIT Rourkela. It is a new branch started in NIT Rourkela and very soon it has gained tremendous popularity in the mean time. It has hold a good placement record instead of a new branch. The placements of NIT Rourkela is good. The average placement of the college is around 6-7 LPA. Mostly, all the student got placed. It solely depends on you in which field you want to pursue your career. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech in Textile Technology in DKTE Society's Textile & Engineering Institute is that the candidate should have passed 10+2 with science in any recognized board.
There is no use of JEE mains.

Further studies and PG courses: The best step ahead for Diploma holders is to go for Bachelors Degree programme in textile engineering. Using the lateral entry, deserving Diploma holders may secure admission directly in the second academic year of B.E. /B.Tech. Textile Engineering programme.
