It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your diploma. Yes, you are eligible for lateral admission directly into second year of engineering. No, you can't M.Sc is for Science students, and the eligibility to take admission in M.Sc, that you have a degree in B.Sc. Otherwise, you are not eligible for it.

It is best, if you go for a undergraduate programme in Textile technology. Be it BA/B.Sc/B.Tech in Textile tech. Though, it is hard to find colleges offering UG courses under correspondence, so I would advise you to go for full time classes. It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing Diploma in textile technology. Lots of strides are being made in this industry and job opportunities are great. For admission, rules change from State to state. You will have to find out from DTE of tech education of your state about admission procedure. Best wishes.
