The Neotia University offers various merit-based and need-based scholarships to students enrolled in its BTech programme. Candidates who fulfil the preset eligibility criteria can get a scholarship of up to 100% on the tuition fee. Some scholarships that students pursuing BTech can avail of are listed below:

• Gramotthan Scholarship: For students from the Gram Panchayat area of South 24 Parganas with a family income of less than 5 LPA
• Special Hill Students Scholarship: For residents of GTA Area (West Bengal), North-East states, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Nepal & Bhutan
• Sports Scholarship & Cultural Scholarship: For State/National-level participants/champions

The Neotia University offers a full-time BTech in five specialisations. Candidates can also apply for lateral-entry admissions to these specialisations. Yes, The Neotia University offers a full-time BTech lasting four years. It is a UG-level programme. The university also offers lateral entry admission directly to the second year of the BTech programme. The duration of BTech (Lateral Entry) course is three years. With an intake of 326 students, the university offers five BTech specialisations. The total fees for these specialisations ranges between INR 4.19 Lacs and INR 12.50 lakh. The Neotia University has specified a set of documents that must be uploaded during the admission process. The following documents must be uploaded by candidates willing to secure MBA admission at the university:

• Mark sheet of Class 10 & 12
• Admit Card of Class 10 & 12
• Mark sheet of Bachelor's Degree
• Identity Proof (Aadhar/Voter ID Card)
• College Leaving/Migration/Transfer Certificate in ORIGINAL (can be submitted later before the University Registration process)
• Income Certificate of the family from A1 Gazetted Officer for those who want to avail Scholarships
• Address proof of the student from A1 Gazetted Officer (for scholarship wherever it's required)
• Coloured passport-size photographs with a white background

After The Neotia University MBA application process is completed, a unique 'Application Number' is generated for each applicant. The next step is to pay INR 10,000 (refundable in case of admission withdrawal) for 'Provisional Admission'. The payment must be made using the online payment modes, such as NEFT, UPI, Credit Card, etc. A screenshot of the “Transaction ID” must be shared with the respective admission counsellor and the designated person in the Accounts Department through an e-mail on the prescribed email ID. Once the university shortlists the applicants, it issues Offer Letters to selected candidates. Such candidates must log in to their Dashboard to fill out the 'Online Admission Form', upload all the required documents and submit the remaining MBA fee for the first semester.
