It does not depend on the college. Firstly It's dependent on the course or branch you love the most or you have an interest in. As we can SEE CSE and civil are 2 different ways as CSE comes under the software side whereas civil comes under the hardware side. So better take the one which you have the interest to do in and also CSE is one the best course which has better placement records.
