The authorities have not yet released any information on the review of TS ECET scores. If the authorities open the facility for score review, then it will be officially announced online at ecet.tsche.ac.in.

Yes. Those who do not have a Diploma in Information Technology are eligible for admission into the BE/BTech Information Technology through TS ECET. However, the first preference will be given to those who have a Diploma in Information Technology.

Generally, the authorities of Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE do not send the TS ECET result by post but they may inform the candidates about their result through SMS or email. However, the link to access the TS ECET result will be available online. Candidates will be able to log in using the required credentials to access and download the result in the form of a rank card. The candidates are advised to print out the rank card and keep it safe until the end of the admission process.

Before registration, the candidates are advised to check the official TS ECET eligibility criteria. If the candidates are not able to meet the eligibility criteria, then they will not be allowed to participate in the examination and admission process. The basic eligibility criteria for TS ECET are:
- Candidates have to be of Indian nationality.
- Should belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.

TS ECET 2024 application form was released online at ecet.tsche.ac.in on February 15, 2024. Candidates have to fill out the application form with the required personal, academic and contact details to be registered for the entrance examination and admission process. The final date to submit the TS ECET application form 2024 will be announed on the official website. After the final date, no applications were accepted.

Yes. Candidates are required to qualify TS ECET for admissions into the participating institutes. The allotment of seats will be done as per the candidate's rank obtained in the entrance examination along with other factors. However, non-qualified TS ECET candidates can participate in the spot round counselling. During the spot round, the vacancies will first be filled with the candidates who have qualified TS ECET and have secured 44.5% and above (OC) and 39.5% and above (BC/SC/ST) in the relevant Diploma/BSc examination. TS ECET 2024 exam was held on May 6, 2024. The authorities will conduct the TS ECET 2024 online i.e., as a computer-based test. The examination will be held at various centres to make the candidates eligible for lateral admissions into the 2nd year regular BTech/BE courses. TS ECET will be for 3 hours in duration and the candidates have to answer multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Engineering. To be eligible for admissions, all candidates have to attempt and qualify the entrance examination.
