TS ECET 2024 application form was released online at ecet.tsche.ac.in on February 15, 2024. Candidates have to fill out the application form with the required personal, academic and contact details to be registered for the entrance examination and admission process. The final date to submit the TS ECET application form 2024 will be announed on the official website. After the final date, no applications were accepted.

Yes. Candidates are required to qualify TS ECET for admissions into the participating institutes. The allotment of seats will be done as per the candidate's rank obtained in the entrance examination along with other factors. However, non-qualified TS ECET candidates can participate in the spot round counselling. During the spot round, the vacancies will first be filled with the candidates who have qualified TS ECET and have secured 44.5% and above (OC) and 39.5% and above (BC/SC/ST) in the relevant Diploma/BSc examination. If the vacancies are still left, then the candidates who have passed the Diploma/BSc examination with 44

TS ECET 2024 exam was held on May 6, 2024. The authorities will conduct the TS ECET 2024 online i.e., as a computer-based test. The examination will be held at various centres to make the candidates eligible for lateral admissions into the 2nd year regular BTech/BE courses. TS ECET will be for 3 hours in duration and the candidates have to answer multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Engineering. To be eligible for admissions, all candidates have to attempt and qualify the entrance examination.

All candidates who meet the basic eligibility and have not been allotted or are not satisfied with their allotment in the previous rounds can participate in the spot round of TS ECET counselling. After the seats are allotted during the TS ECET counselling process, the candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date. The admission has to be confirmed by paying the tuition fee and self-reporting through the official website. The admission confirmation has to be completed by the final date, otherwise the allotment will be canceled. Finally, the candidates will have to report to their allotted colleges and verify their documents. Candidates will have to complete the entire admission confirmation process.

TS ECET seat allotment result will be released online at tsecet.nic.in. Candidates will be able to access their seat allotment status through the college wise allotment link. No other mode will be used to release the TS ECET seat allotment. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to access the seat allotment of TS ECET.
- Go to tsecet.nic.in
- Click on the college wise seat allotment link.
- Candidates will have to provide their selected college and branch.
- Click on 'Show Allotments'
- The list of candidates selected for admission will be displayed on the screen.

No, to participate in the TS ECET counselling choice filling proceess, it is necessary for the candidates to submit and verify their certificates at the Help Line Centres (HLCs). Without the verification, the candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process. If the candidate has failed to verify their documents, then they can participate in the next round. The candidates are advised to register for the counselling and immediately book their verification slots to participate in the admission process.

TS ECET 2025 counselling choice filling process for the final phase was open until July 15, 2025. The choice filling process for TS ECET counselling 2025 was open separately for the various phases of counselling. The candidates were required to choose their colleges and courses in the order of preference. After the choices were submitted, the authorities will not accept any requests for change.

While reporting at the Help Line Centres (HLC), the candidates will have to present their certificates for verification. It is necessary for the candidates to be physically present for the certificate verification at the HLCs as per their allotted slots. The following original certificates and two sets of xerox have to be produced for the verification.

- TS ECET hall ticket
- Aadhar card
- SSC or its equivalent marks memo
- Diploma/Degree memorandum of marks
- Diploma/Degree provisional pass certificate
- Study certificate from 6th standard to Diploma
- Transfer certificate
- Income certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)

No, the candidates will not be able to verify their certificates for TS ECET counselling online. All candidates will be required to register for the counselling process and book their slots for the certificate verification at the nearest Help Line Centre (HLC). Without the fee payment and slot booking, the candidates will not be permitted to attend the certificate verification. Only those candidates who complete the certificate verification will be able to book their choices for the seat allotment.
