Yes, tuition costs at the UoB Dubai campus are the same as at the campus in UK. Quality of programs is the same across campuses. So the tuition costs remain unchanged too.
The key difference is, the Dubai campus offers smaller class sizes and a lower average student to faculty ratio of 20:1. This allows students to get a more personalised learning experience.

No, Indian students don't need to submit a separate application for financial aid at MMU Manchester. Students are assessed based on their admission application, for most scholarships.
However, some external scholarships like the Fulbright scholarship, a separate application may be required.
