Saint Louis University acceptance rate stands at 85%, per data curated from unofficial sources.

It can be inferred that, it is somewhat selective & shows some preference towards picking students with better academic backgrounds. 

On the other hand, University at Buffalo acceptance rate is somwhere in the range 60-68%, which suggests it is selective to a fairly decent extent & has shown a much higher preference towards picking students with solid academic background.

Thus, it can be said that Saint Louis is relatively easier to secure admissions at than University at Buffalo.
