For Master's courses of Uni of Cologne, there is a 2 stage application process. The students have to first complete the preliminary review documentation (VPD). After this, apply through the university's application portal.
For admission to Bachelor's courses of the Uni of Cologne, students have to pass a valid TestAS certificate (centralized test for international students). The students can apply via Uni-Assist.
