To take admission to the University of Leeds MBA, the entry requirements are given below:
- More than 3 years of postgraduate work experience is required (5 years of work experience is usually desirable)
- A good bachelor’s degree
- GMAT score is not required, however, if your qualification is below 2:1 (Hons) or overseas equivalent or you don’t have a formal or professional qualification, then you will be required to submit GMAT with a minimum score of 600
- IELTS (6.5 overall, with no less than 6.0 in any component) / TOEFL or PTE scores can also be submitted (Depending on the state board if students have 70% or 75% in Class 12

Yes, international students willing to study at the University of Leeds have to show their English language proficiency. Class 12 English is accepted at 70% or 75%, depending on the state board OR the following minimum scores are required at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels:

For the master’s course, there is no University of Leeds application fee. However, for undergraduate courses, students have to pay the application fee as applicable through UCAS. The documents that have to be submitted along with the University of Leeds postgraduate application are:
- Academic transcripts
- Evidence of English language proficiency
- Scanned copies of any UK Visas / permits / CAS that a student currently holds or previously held
- Personal statement

The University of Leeds admission requirements for Indian students are given below:
- Undergraduate: Students must have passed Class 12 with average 60% - 85%. Required subject-specific grades are 75% - 90% (in two relevant subjects)
- Postgraduate: Students must have a 3 or 4-year bachelor’s degree. If the university asks for a 1st degree, then students need first class (65%); if the university requires 2:1 degree, then students need first class (60%), and if the university requires 2:2 degree, then students must have upper a second class (55%)

However, if the applicant’s degree qualification is below a 2:1 (Hons) or overseas equivalent or he / she doesn’t’ have a formal or professional qualification, then the university may ask for GMAT with a minimum score of 600. In order to enhance the application, the University of Leeds encourages students to submit GMAT score.

Yes, if the application for Leeds MBA is successful in progression to the next stage of the application process then, the university will notify the candidates that they have been invited for an interview. Attending the interview is a mandatory part of the Leeds MBA application process. Interviews will either take place via video call, telephone, or in-person at the Business School or overseas.
