The University of Leeds was founded in 1904. It is a member of the Russell Group of research-intensive universities. The university is a part of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN), which has 23 research-intensive institutions across 6 continents. Also, Leeds University was the Queen's Anniversary Prize in 2009, 2011, and 2021. The University has more than 39,000 students out of which more than 36,500 are enrolled in full-time courses.
