It is hard to get into the University of Washington for its MS programs due to its low acceptance rate of around 40%.
- More than 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale

The students may find it difficult to pay the tuition fee at the University of Washington as it is high. The University of Washington tuition fee can range anywhere between INR 22.2 L and INR 70.7L for the first year.
This amount does not have other components like hostel, transportation and insurance included. With them, it may be even higher.

The University of Washington is a very well-known university which is heavily favoured by Indian students for its strong ROI and its short distance to Seatle's Tech hub.
All three UW programs like Computer Science and AI, Engineering and Data Science are ranked well.

Comparing the two Universities, it is easier to get into the University of Washington to the University of California, Los Angeles because of its acceptance rates. The acceptance rates for UCLA are extremely low at just 9% that also means very high competition among the students whereas the acceptance rates at University of Washington is at 39% which makes all the difference.
