Hello, for appearing in the exam, you have to follow the following criteria.
UPSC EXAM DETAILS-
Eligibility:
For IAS, IFS & IPS, a candidate must be a citizen of India. For IRS and other services, a candidate must be one of the following:
*A citizen of India
*A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
Educational Qualification:
All candidates must have minimum one of the following educational qualifications:

Hello,
Yes, you are eligible for UPSC after completing DMLT. The subject you are doing graduation with doesn't matter, what matters is how hard you are working towards your preparation. But the degree is a must for appearing in UPSC.

Hello,
Yes, you are eligible to take UPSC exam but you have to follow some more criteria that you must be a citizen of India or Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan. You should be at least 21 years and maximum 32 years old when you are appearing for the exam.
