Illinois Tech Mumbai is approved by UGC. Mumbai campus students are awarded degrees directly by the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. Being approved by the UGC, makes the college one of the most preferred colleges in Mumbai.

It is always better to have 12 months bank statement. But students can submit six to nine months statements as well. It is always better to maintain a balance from previous year to avoid rejections.

The bank statement for US student visa should include sufficient funding for international students for one year of study and living. For those who prove this funding are usually granted their US student visa unless their are any other discrepancies. Applicants should also mention about their sponsors, and how and when they will help the applicant with funding. This is mandatory for applicants as this is one major aspect of getting a US student visa.
