Not all US universities have strict SAT cutoffs for admissions. Colleges will not usually explicitly mention them per se. Rather most of them in their school reports mentioning SAT score range of the admitted students in the previous year. So this can be referred to for reference when applying for admissions in the USA.

Fall intake in USA definitely will provide you will with a wider range of degrees and courses. Moreover, there is higher availability of scholarships, loans, etc. that can ease your financial burden. The number of seats available for a course are usually higher in fall intake, thereby increasing your chances of selection. Students, who are eligible for F and M visa, can receive their visa up to 120 days before the beginning of their academic course. However, they cannot enter the US more than 30 days before the commencement date of their program. This means that if they plan to enter 60 days or 45 days before the beginning of their program, they cannot do so.
