Hello,
There are many colleges which are available for MS in CS depending on your profile, You should be giving GRE & have good academics in your undergrad degree with least backlogs. Besides, you should have strong statement of purpose & letter of recommendation from your professors in support of your profile.
You may refer to https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/ms-in-abroad-dc11509 for university options.
If you are planning to go ahead without GRE, you may look at Concordia University Chicago, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Arizona University, University of Bridgeport, University of Mississippi etc, with only TOEFL.

Hi Suyash,
There will be a minimum effect since you have a strong profile overall. However, this will depend on the selectivity standard of the universities and the kind of profiles applying that is your competitors. Your SOP and LORS will also be taken into account.
Good luck.

Hi,
The higher the percentile you have the better. Different universities have different criteria and universities generally do not list out specific cut-offs . Admissions are profile specific and also depends on how selective the university is and you wouldn't know the kind of applicants you will be competing with. US universities typically looks for all-rounders, hence in addition to excelling in your studies you must also work on developing your extracurricular activities , research work, internship and so on. You must also take your GRE and the TOEFL to be considered for admissions.

Preparation tips can be really long and how well you can follow the documented tips will vary from person to person so I will suggest you start with the basics and a mock test of SAT and TOEFL to understand your areas of weakness and strengths. Research firstly on TOEFL and SAT score requirements of various universities. Experts say that the SAT is more in favour of verbally inclined students, so read a lot , learn new words. However this does not indicate the math section is easy so learn short cuts and tricks. Practice is the key. Read textbooks, encyclopaedias, journals and research articles for both TOEFL or SAT. Here are two blog

Hello, I will quite agree to the answer given below. In addition to which I would suggest that as Nursing is one of the high paid profession but truly competitive too. It is difficult to get it just after 12th thus generally students who have done their maiden degree or diploma related to Nursing post 12th, apply. Getting jobs is not difficult once you clear registration exams etc.
