Your IELTS score is very less. You need at least 6.5 band to get into a good university.

Your SAT scores are directly taken from college-board by the universities you will apply for and higher the score, better the chances of scholarships. Depending on the course, you might have very few scholarships at under graduate level, but once you enroll in a university, you will get many more. You can also look for financial aid offered by the university.

You need to clear IELTS/TOFEL and GRE/GMAT. Most of the top universities required 3 to 5 years of work experience. Although, there are some good colleges where work experience is not necessary. However, GMAT and TOFEL combination takes you to good college in USA.
I hope it helps.

Most students in India think of America and an American job. Isn't it a fact that America and India enjoy a mutually benefitting relationship and it is stronger than any other? In our own interests, our orientation should be towards American. It is incorrect to say that British English is similar to American English.

Yes, it is valuable in terms of knowledge but not for the job. Since, it is non-credit course, so it is not authorized by UOC but course is prepared and explained by university of California professors.
I hope this helps.
