Hi,
You can pursue your Masters by scoring good marks in GRE and IELTS. Only country like Germany will be much more concerned about your CGPA. So, you can do your Masters in either US or Canada.

Go for Graphic Design studies, either BA in graphic design or B.Des. in graphic design. Annual medium salary in Canada in around $ 41000 and in USA it is $ 43000.

Take the GRE and target at least a 310. Admissions in US are based on overall profile which means they will also take your extracurricular activities in account, in addition to your academics. Since your academics are low during BE having a very high GRE score can only do you some good. In addition

Hi,
Diploma courses in US are difficult to find and they require 16 years of education. If you want to pursue PG Diploma or graduate certificate program, check for the options in Australia or New Zealand. These countries also accept Indian 3 years Bachelor degree. Check this list for options:

Yes, you can. Different universities and countries have different requirements. For Bachelors degree in US you must clear the SAT and TOEFL. SAT is not mandatory for the other countries.
