Its good to aim so high. Stanford being one of the most selective require applicants to be academically outstanding and heavily involved in extra curricular activities. To be considered for admission in any US university you must take SAT, SAT subject test (optional) and TOEFL. I will suggest you to take a look at the QnA links below for more clarification. You are not eligible for German Universities. You require 13 years of education.for USA, SATs are mandatory. If your SAT score is good, you need not worry too much about your school grades. They would be considered but not the only criteria for your application.
