Usa application is through common app website.you should create account there immediately. Then you need to book sat test in Oct not later. You should be able to apply by December this year for admission in August next year

Unfortunately not.
You have to look at a score of 325 and above along with higher GPA and overall profile of all rounder for top universities. However if you want to study from an average university and your MS subject is not very common, you can then consider positive chances of admission

Hello Amit, since it is not possible to list out all the courses available I can advice you to look.at the study abroad section of https://Shiksha.com. Basically you must pursue as per your interest in terms of your future plans, subjects you like etc etc. You haven't mentioned any of these to advice you further.
