Dear Susanta, scholarships are awarded on merit basis by the universities. You may visit university websites for details. You can also check British Chevening scholarships, Commonwealth scholarships and Fulbright scholarships for US.

It depends a lot on university n it's location. The school that you may get, living expenses, work options etc. An appropriate amount could be 40000 dollars per year
