As can be seen on one of your previous query I believe you now know that you must first enrol into a bachelor's degree of four years. You need to take SAT and SAT subject tests and TOEFL for admissions into a BS program related to medical science . On completion of your BS you must take the Medical College Admission Test i.e. MCAT. You can start your medical studies only after clearing MCAT and a successful academic performance in your UG. Medical school will last for 5 to 7 years which will include residency. Later you must clear USMLE which is the United States Medical Licensing Examinations to start practicing as a docto

MBA applicants must take GMAT and TOEFL. TOEFL is preferred in US over IELTS.

Not really, your admission will depend on the entire profile. You should start preparing with the rest of the application, prepare good personal statements,check university websites, check common app portal through which you will be applying to the universities, get all your documents ready and start applying once you take the SAT.
